Please join us as Todd Tober leads a tour of ToVee.

Todd Tober discovered his passion for construction when he began his career as a carpenter 20+ years ago. After graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree from Duke University, he went on to receive a Master’s Degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver. His aptitude in finance combined with his field experience led to his next role as a commercial construction estimator. When an opportunity arose to become a superintendent, he accepted the challenge to get back into fieldwork, and eventually went on to become a project manager. As Todd gained a holistic view of the construction industry by being exposed to all aspects of the business, he realized his purpose: to raise the industry standard of doing business and prove that great quality can come at a fair price with positive relationships with clients, owner, contractors, and laborers. By founding Tober Building Company, Todd and his team guarantee a high standard of quality construction services with efficient planning, direct communication, and competitive pricing on each project regardless of it scale or scope.
Who is ToVee?
Tober Volume Elements (ToVee) and Atlas Frameworks are interconnected companies which live and operate under one roof and are reimagining modular construction as a continuous improvement solution for the future of the construction industry across all market segments.
ToVee and Atlas seek to provide innovative solutions through industry-revolutionizing methods for interior and exterior metal framing systems that are focused on not just one but all three aspects of quality, speed, and cost efficiencies.
Through building-information-modeling (BIM) technology including integration with augmented reality installation methods, our in-house modelers provide fully coordinated and self-produced heavy-gauge and light-gauge metal framing systems that can be tailored as a customized solution on any project.
  • One-Dimensional Solutions: Our Production Packs™ are loose and pre-bundled metal stud systems which are fully BIM coordinated to be completely laid out and pre-cut for entire rooms, entire levels, or entire multi-level buildings allowing for interior framing to be installed up to six-times faster than traditional metal stud framing methods.
  • Two-Dimensional Solutions: Our pre-assembled Production Panels™ are wall systems with factory installed components such as sheathing, weather barriers, windows, etc., that achieve superior quality standards due to assembly in a controlled environment and can achieve higher onsite labor productivity through ease of installation through fully coordinated BIM panelized systems.
  • Three-Dimensional Solutions: Our ToVees™ are industrialized units with steel frames that are constructed in factory-controlled conditions using fully integrated BIM designs with the installation of components utilizing augmented reality technology to provide a superior level of quality control. ToVees are units (such as an apartment, a hotel room, a hospital room, a dorm room, a jail cell, a bathroom pod, etc.) that can be shipped to a project site either fully finished & furnished or framed & roughed-in for finishes to be completed at the project site, can be stacked 20-stories or higher, can achieve sound-transfer coefficient (STC) ratings of up to 80, and can be tailored for custom project aesthetic considerations.
