Lean Learning Series: Target Value Delivery (Northern Ohio CoP & CMAA Ohio Chapter)
LCI Northern Ohio CoP & CMAA Ohio Chapter present:
Lean Learning Series: Target Value Delivery (TVD)
Friday, September 16, 2022
8:00 AM to 9:30 AM Eastern Time
MS Teams Meeting
This topic introduces Target Value Delivery (TVD) and the associated phases. Participants will learn the key difference between traditional versus TVD approach, key high level guidelines, and some Lean approaches supporting implementing TVD.
The LCI Lean Learning Series is a facilitated discussion-oriented event focused on a specific Lean subject matter. The event is more structured than a Lean Coffee yet shorter and less structured than a LCI education course. Its purpose is to provide just enough knowledge base to kick start an engaging Lean discussion amongst the participants.
For this VIRTUAL event, we ask that everyone #turnyourcameraon and come ready to actively participate!
Facilitators:
Karen Dyer is the President of CMAA Ohio Chapter and a Core Member of LCI Northern Ohio Community of Practice. A 36 year veteran of the Construction Industry, she works as a Project Manager for G. Stephens, Inc.
Bryan Wahl, Bostwick Design Partnership, brings an advanced understanding of the application of Lean methods to the design process and is recognized as a national leader in Lean Project Delivery. He applies 20 years of experience in project management to deliver projects on time, on budget, and with high quality.
