Program Description:

Driving Lean in design and construction and being intentional with team integration is paramount for project success. It begins with optimizing by creating a team culture, information flow, and establishing design and construction processes allowing for transparent decisions. The goal is to create procedures that support the project team’s ambition to achieve success.  By implementing Lean processes throughout a building project, teams can strive to meet project goals whether it is meeting the projects quality, schedule, or budget.  Better yet, these processes which are rooted in Lean practices allow project teams to deliver all 3 for owners. We will describe how this innovative thinking will lead to value in design and construction.

Learning Objectives:

Optimizing the process: Discover the art and science of incorporating Lean methodology into design and construction. We’ll delve into practical approaches, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and output.
