Join the CMAA Ohio Chapter for an exclusive site visit to the soon-to-be-completed Cleveland Cavaliers Practice Facility and Cleveland Clinic Sports Medicine Center — a cutting-edge, 4-story, 211,000 sq. ft. facility currently under construction.

Attendees will gather in the Whiting-Turner trailer for a brief project presentation by Whiting-Turner and Bedrock, the owner’s rep group for the Cavaliers. Following the overview, guests will enjoy a guided tour of the active jobsite and to see facility highlights.

Safety Requirements - Read Carefully

All attendees MUST:

  1. Register in advance (walk-ins will not be permitted)
  2. Bring and wear the following PPE:
    1. Hard hat
    2. High-visibility outerwear (vest)
    3. Safety glasses
    4. Long pants
    5. Shirt with long sleeves
    6. Sturdy work boots (absolutely no sneakers or casual shoes — site may be muddy)
  3. Sign and submit the TWO release waivers in advance BY 5/22/26 (see attached).
    1. Both waivers are required in advanced. Please email your completed waivers to [email protected].

Prohibited Conduct Policy

CMAA wishes to create a welcoming environment for events and conferences, including social events related to conferences. Attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1) harassment based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any other protected status, as provided by local, state or federal law; 2) sexual harassment, including unwelcome attention, stalking and physical contact; 3) abusive conduct that has the purpose or effect of unreasonably interfering with another person's ability to enjoy or participate in the event, and 4) undue interruption of any event, speaker or session.

Any person who has been subjected to prohibited conduct or who has witnessed such conduct is encouraged to notify a CMAA staff member. CMAA reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to such conduct by any person, including removal of that person from the event, prohibiting attendance at future events, and suspension of membership.
